Adam was returned to us at just under 8 months of age. He was too sweet and mellow for his first owner's plans for him. When I listened to her description of him, a little seed was planted in the back of my mind. This could be a dog that I might want to keep. He sounded wonderful to me! When I met him, I knew he was my dog, the first male I have kept here permanently since Buddy. He is a mellow, gentle boy who loves to cuddle. His temperament is very stable, he is easygoing and loves everyone. Beyond that, he is a stunning dog, and the most like River of any of her pups.

Adam finished his championship in just six shows over a three week period. He won four majors, including Winners Dog at the Belgian Tervuren Club of Southern California Specialty under breeder judge Mrs Edeltraud Laurin. He finished his championship by winning a five point major handled by Junior Handler Naomi Norman. He was just eight months old. Obviously, Adam needs to spend some time growing up before continuing his show career. I think he might just make a great dog for Junior Handling competition!
